This 5-hour certification class prepares you for home ownership by familiarizing you with the home buying process and programs. Proof of attendance is a requirement for many of the First-Time-Home-Buyer and Down-Payment Assistance programs. At the end of the course, participants receive a certificate that is good for two years. Instructors are trained by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.
